RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At GRAYCLOTHINGSOC13TY, we aim to ensure every order meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed
    •    Tags must still be attached
    •    Items must be returned in original packaging
    •    No visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
    •    Sale or discounted items
    •    Limited release / made-to-order pieces
    •    Gift cards
    •    Items marked “final sale”
    •    Worn, washed, or altered garments

For hygiene reasons, certain items (if applicable) may also be non-returnable.

 

3. How To Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:
    •    Full name
    •    Order number
    •    Item(s) you wish to return
    •    Reason for return

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:
    •    You will be notified via email
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    •    Provide photos of the issue
    •    We will arrange a replacement or full refund

In this case, we will cover return shipping.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or item:
    •    Return the original item
    •    Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing.


7. Delays & Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping provider directly before contacting us.


8. International Orders

For international orders:
    •    Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import fees
    •    These charges are non-refundable
